The Fiesta del Barrio is held on the second Sunday of September each year. It features live music such as salsa, bomba, and cumbia by Puerto Rican performers. You’ll also enjoy Latin cuisine from local food trucks and have the opportunity to browse through booths of arts and crafts vendors. Come join the block party and dance to the music!
The Fiesta del Barrio is sponsored by TallerPuertoriqueno, a community organization offering services and referrals to the Puerto Rican population of Philadelphia. The Fiesta centers around their headquarters at 2600 N. 5th Street. Admission is free and is held rain or shine.
