Episode #1 in the “Who Does it Better?” series, bathroom edition:
USA: Free public restrooms. No digging around to find a 1 Euro coin or a credit card while doing a peepee dance just to get into the toilet.
Europe: Public bathroom stalls with no embarassing gaps inbetween partitions, and the partitions usually go all the way down to the floor (or close to it).
Today, it’s almost a tie, but I’ll give the nod to the USA here because having to pay when your needs are urgent just isn’t cool.
Seriously, I could write an entire article about bathrooms of the world. I’ll have to do that eventually!
